The teams in our Digital Department are focused on creating industry leading customer and partner services, role modelling agile ways of working and creating efficient, effective, satisfying products.

Data drives IAG Loyalty, it’s our single biggest asset, and informs decisions we take at every level of the business.

We use innovative and market leading data science using the latest tools and techniques to carry out business intelligence and analysis to inform all our plans and initiatives.

Commercial & Marketing

Our Commercial and Marketing teams drive the growth of IAG Loyalty. Building new revenue sources, realising the benefits of new and existing Partnerships, and building customer awareness of our products and services.

We also provide the commercial pricing of the redemption products we offer to customers, on air and non-air products.

The Finance team strive to be a modern, data led function at the heart of decision making at IAG Loyalty.

The team provide strategic guidance and information to drive growth and shareholder value. We make sure that appropriate governance and controls are in place and manage all core finance processes. We engage with key stakeholders and build relationships throughout IAG. Professional, analytic and commercial, our focus is on transparency, simplicity, value add and a culture of continuous improvement.
